As follows: 

The People of the Republic of Freedonia are thrilled to join the micronational community as of today. While a big step in the history of our nascent republic, it is our sincere hope that we should work together with other like-minded nations to build towards a future of hope and promise. Our nation founded upon those three ever-important virtues, put forth by the French revolutionaries over 200 years ago: Liberty, Equality, and Fraternity, wishes to expand that hope to all people and all nations who hope for those same promises. We hope to be working with you closely in the future. Long live the Republic!
